Graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in molecular and cellular biology from UCLA in Los Angeles, California. On a full scholarship, he received his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He was also elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society.
From 1998 through 2003, Dr. Bajaj completed his internship in general surgery and his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where he served as chief resident and received a distinction in hand surgery.
Following his residency training, Dr. Bajaj became a partner at Sun Valley Orthopaedics and Hand Surgeons in Sun City, Arizona. In 2004, Dr. Bajaj returned to Texas and founded North Texas Bone and Joint. In 2007, his practice merged with Tarrant County Bone and Joint becoming Lone Star Orthopaedic and Spine Specialists, PLLC.
Dr. Bajaj specializes in shoulder, wrist, hand, hip, and knee joints with a focus on joint replacement and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Bajaj is also fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
